Speedwolfs delivers parcels all over the world. Once orders are sent out, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible. Please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

If you are checking out by using PayPal Express, you are first taken to the PayPal page to enter your credit card information and billing address. After this step, you will be shown available shipping methods by being redirected to our site. 

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout and listed below. Speedwolfs is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred.

Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Speedwolfs will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

Every order will be produced between 3 - 7 working days after payment has been accepted. Delivery Shipping times may defer. Contact our Sales Team to know more regarding delivery times and shipping rates.

PLEASE NOTE : Your Shipping rates will be estimated regarding production of our apparel. Shipping costs might differ if you pick products produced in different places. Speedwolfs is not responsible for this. In general we produce our products in the USA, UK, EU & China. Please make sure to check descriptions to know where your article of choice is coming from. 

-International shipping and tracking information

Please be aware that our UK Providers do not provide tracking information and that orders shipping from the UK internationally take 15-30 days to deliver. 

-Express Shipping

If you are shipping within the United States, Domestic express delivery is carried out within 2-3 business days.

Express shipping is available for the UK. It will take 2-8 business days, depending on the country.

-Shipping may differ regarding to country of residence

Most Speedwolfs orders will be delivered with a tracking number. If you dont receieve one please make sure to contact us as soon as possible directly via email to : sales@speedwolfs.ch with your order number. 

We will make sure to sort you out as fast as possible. 

Returns and exchanges

Need to return or exhange a product? We are here to help!

-We’re extremely sad things didn’t work out for you. 

Speedwolfs Switzerland prints pieces on demand only, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. We do respect a 7 day policy.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We can offer a replacement order, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. 

Please note that final sale items, which are not available online anymore, or *Limited* Pieces are not eligible for a return. Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team via (sales@speedwolfs.ch) within 2 days of receipt and let us know.

In order to start the exchange or refund process, the customers can contact Speedwolfs aftersales team via email at (sales@speedwolfs.ch) Stating the order number, the reason for return and a request for a product exchange.

-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

As soon as your order is placed, it will go into production. Most orders take between 1-3 working days to be fulfilled. Please don't hesitate to contact sales@speeedwolfs.ch with your order number for any questions regarding shipments and delivery times. 

-WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Speedwolfs newsletter and follow us on Instagram @speedwolfs.

-DO YOU GUYS RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

On occasions, we will re-stock some of our items but most of them are limited editions.

-THERE IS SOMETHING DEFECTIVE. WHAT DO I DO?

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2 days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #Speedwolfs style!

-CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

We accept exchanges. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please take a look at our Refund & Return policy.

-WHERE DO I SHIP RETURNS?

After contacting our sales team, you will recieve an email with the adress to send your exchange item.
